They just don't listen to the customer We had a 2016 Tacoma (lease) and we went there to see our options either change it or buy the lease, we just went to find out our options. The seller We had a 2016 Tacoma (lease) and we went there to see our options either change it or buy the lease, we just went to find out our options. The seller was just not listening to our concerns and questions he was more focus on convincing us why we should change our tacoma for a new one. My husband and I decided that we wanted to change it for business purposes, we fought the price and some other things we thought it was just fair for us. The seller made us believe that he did everything in his hands to made it work. When we went to the office to sign everything guess what? the lease he told us it was going to be for 36 month now was for 48 months without telling us before. We signed everything because we spent there almost 4 hours and I just wanted to get out of there. So we did. My only point here is that they just don't care about the client, they just wanted their commission and nothing else. My husband is happy with his new Tacoma (who wouldn't), but we are not going back to that dealership again. More
