AWESOMETASTIC Tom Diaz is the most amazing person you can go to for this experience. Being a first time buyer I was iffy about going to a big dealership but Tom too Tom Diaz is the most amazing person you can go to for this experience. Being a first time buyer I was iffy about going to a big dealership but Tom took the time to explain every detail to the fullest so it would make my first buy a breeze. I have already recommended him to many other people and my mom even came back the week after and bought a car from Tom as well. Definitely a genuine dealer/person. If you're not sure on what or where to go, TOM is your guy! Edguardo was our financial accountant here and he was awesome too. The whole experience was pleasant because of these two people and also Mike who took the time and was extremely patient being that we were in until after closing. Love love love my car! Couldn't have asked for better service. 10/10!!!!!! More

Although Shadey Derivois at Accounting was "very nice" The reason I'm giving the 4 star rating instead of a five, is like I told Ms. Derivois I wasn't "thrilled" with the Corolla LE. I truly wanted a 2017 The reason I'm giving the 4 star rating instead of a five, is like I told Ms. Derivois I wasn't "thrilled" with the Corolla LE. I truly wanted a 2017 Camry, however the Sale Rep. Antonio Cruz relayed to me that my Credit Score was "below par" and I would be paying a "higher" monthly payment. So I should lease a more economical vehicle so my "monthly payments" would be lower. I didn't agree, and told him so, however, he persisted and insisted. I agreed and gave in to his insistence and because he included the 1st month. I'm "not" happy with the vehicle, after 36 mos. with a Camry I got use to it and I don't feel "secure or safe" in a Corolla "no matter" how many security or safety features it has. I spoke afterwards with your Sales Rep. Antonio Cruz and asked him to see what he can do in "changing" the car. He said he would get back to me and he did after an hour and 30 mins. Unfortunately, he said he spoke with his Superiors and they "wouldn't" help, they said I would have to "wait" around 18 mos. to "try" and make a change, but "no guarantee". Well, I told him that was "unacceptable" and I was going to "get out" of the lease, and "find" someone to "take it over" via some other company. More

They just don't listen to the customer We had a 2016 Tacoma (lease) and we went there to see our options either change it or buy the lease, we just went to find out our options. The seller was just not listening to our concerns and questions he was more focus on convincing us why we should change our tacoma for a new one. My husband and I decided that we wanted to change it for business purposes, we fought the price and some other things we thought it was just fair for us. The seller made us believe that he did everything in his hands to made it work. When we went to the office to sign everything guess what? the lease he told us it was going to be for 36 month now was for 48 months without telling us before. We signed everything because we spent there almost 4 hours and I just wanted to get out of there. So we did. My only point here is that they just don't care about the client, they just wanted their commission and nothing else. My husband is happy with his new Tacoma (who wouldn't), but we are not going back to that dealership again. More

Amazing! Toyota of Orlando is the best dealership out there, I've been in others dealerships but I've never felt so comfortable as I feel with Toyota.
