Scheduled a test drive of Prius C and they had none in stock I scheduled a test drive of Prius C with one of the sales reps. When I showed up, not only was the sales rep not there, they didn't have a Prius C in I scheduled a test drive of Prius C with one of the sales reps. When I showed up, not only was the sales rep not there, they didn't have a Prius C in stock! Another sales rep tried to talk me into driving a regular Prius and signing papers for a Prius C for a future delivery!!!! Not sure where they get such ideas from :-( More

Thank you Andrew. I had my brakes worked on at the almost same time the tree service was scheduled to arrive. I was offered a Uber ride to my house and then back again I had my brakes worked on at the almost same time the tree service was scheduled to arrive. Not any Joe I'm a outside sales person for over 35 years. It appears to me the older I get the more important good service is required by me. Very polite and comforting because when you go in for an oil change special you have your vehicle diagnosed and the service advisor will tell you what it requires to repair it. Well Joe did exactly that but the difference was his positive presentation.
