The service department has always been very flexible in scheduling our vehicles in to fit our schedules. The service has always been excellent and timely. Service advisor Dan Zika has always been extremely helpful in explaining what is going on, what things need to be watched and what things need to be done at the next service. He has never pressured me or suggested that we needed to do something that wasn't necessary. I have never felt like I was overcharged for anything that was done and I have always left the dealership feeling good about what was done. My thanks to Dan. More

2007 Prius Work The service advisor, Rebecca provided answers to all my questions. She took the time to work with her parts person to locate a used display unit from The service advisor, Rebecca provided answers to all my questions. She took the time to work with her parts person to locate a used display unit from another Prius. It was checked out and she provided me the chance to review the condition of it before they installed it. Rebecca kept me informed during the installation how her mechanic was doing. She was quick and professional in closing out the work and I left the dealership much quicker than I expected. More

A car purchase for my elderly, frugal father Hashim at Toyota of Portland was perfect. I have been trying to help my elderly father purchase a car for about a year now. He is incredibly frugal, Hashim at Toyota of Portland was perfect. I have been trying to help my elderly father purchase a car for about a year now. He is incredibly frugal, and always regrets every major, often minor, purchase decision that he makes. I took the lead on this purchase decision, as I have experience with purchasing cars and decent knowledge in cars. A lot of salespeople only like to deal with the decision- maker, but Hashim treated it very well, even seemed to embrace it! In total, we visited the dealership 3 times, over the course of 3 weeks. At no point did Hashim get pushy, or even show any signs of impatience. He took his time and answered all of my father's questions. He would follow- up with me to make sure we didn't have any questions, but did not do it so much that I felt inconvenienced. We ended up getting a great price, on a great car. My Dad finally replaced his 1998 Subaru Legacy wagon with a 2018 Toyota Camry. As he had his last car 20 years, it is obvious he does not like buying cars. I thought we would never get him into a new vehicle, but we did, because Hashim handled the process perfectly. The best part is that my Dad left feeling that he was treated fairly and honestly. I did not even think that was possible. Thank you Hashim!! I will send anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle straight to you and Toyota of Portland!!! More

But the service center did not have available a replacement tire. How can a major Toyota dealership and service center not have a replacement tire for a Prius?. Ben recommended we go to a nearby Les Schwab location. The guys at Les Schwab replaced the tire in ten minutes flat. No pun intended. More
Outstanding service at reasonable price. I bought my first Toyota, a RAV, at Broadway Toyota, replacing it in 2009 w/a Prius. Loved both cars, no problems ever. Have had all my service done here as well, which has always been excellent. They never pressure me to buy a new model and are always thorough and conservative in recommendations for what little service I've needed when going in for regular servicing. This last time I found myself particularly impressed as everyone was so welcoming and friendly--it was like they really VALUED me as a customer. Anyway, would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for Toyota service. More
Purchase to Accessories with bumps along the way I purchased a new 2018 Tacoma a couple of months ago and had a great experience from their website to sales person to Sales Managers to the outstandin I purchased a new 2018 Tacoma a couple of months ago and had a great experience from their website to sales person to Sales Managers to the outstanding Richard Reyes in finance. And, I love my truck! However, a few weeks went by and I decided I wanted to purchase some accessories and have them installed. Not only did it take over a week to even confirm they could get what I wanted, but to get me scheduled, but when I picked my truck up they had installed a roof rack I had decided (in writing) NOT to purchase. Since it was close to the Service Deparment’s closing time, of course it couldn’t be removed. I paid and left very frustrated. The next day I found the General Manager’s email address on their website and sent him a short note explaining my concern and annoyance. Joshua Kampmann (GM), spemailed me back within and hour. He then called me, and we had then entire debacle solved that day. What a standup person. There was a legitimate concern, he acknowledged, apologized, and fixed it. You simply can’t ask for better REAL customer service than this. Buy, service and accessorize with Toyota of Portland! More
