GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE I have had all my service done here, and I purchased my 2015 Toyota RAV4 XLE here as well. This particular time I was attended by Ben upon arrival for my scheduled 20,000 mile service at 7:10 AM. As usual, the department opened right on time. Ben was friendly, professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with on an early Friday morning. He was accurate in his time estimate of approximately 1 hour. Rather than have the free shuttle take me home and pick me back up for only an hour, I waited in the very pleasant waiting area which is air conditioned and comfortable. They provide coffee and some muffins in the early morning, and they have free WiFi as well as work stations where one can use their laptop or whatever to be productive or entertained while waiting. During the wait time I was updated by text as to the progress and when it was completed. They were right on time and my vehicle was already out front and ready top drive away upon completion of the paperwork which took no more than 2 minutes. More

I received a printout showing the status of all of the functions of my car and Panchajany clearly explained which items needed to be addressed along with estimates and a general timeline of when to have the repairs completed.
