Bad situation turned good I have purchased cars from Broadway Toyota for over 30 years and always had a good experience . Today was different, I was referred to salesperson Ke I have purchased cars from Broadway Toyota for over 30 years and always had a good experience . Today was different, I was referred to salesperson Ken Scott, within five minutes (the entire process with him was approx. 10 minutes) I found him to be a pompous arrogant butt (lack of better words). He has a 8 year tenure with Broadway Toyota and possibly anyone spending less than 50k is not up to his standards. Nevertheless, this is no way to treat a potential customer, nor a person in general. If it were not for Tim Hogan (Sales Manager) and Nick Patton (Finance), my days purchasing from Broadway Toyota would have ended with my last vehicle. Tim made things right and sold me my new car and Nick made the financing a pleasant experience. More

(I'd been obtaining quotes from all Toyota dealers in the metro area.) Heather, Vincent, Mike, and Glen are a great team! I never felt pressured. I was treated respectfully by all and wasn't "handled". I felt very much at home with these folks. This is not your average sales team.
