I was not in the market for a car and yet Mr. Khzam found mt I was at Broadway Toyota getting my 2005 Prius service for 90, 000 miles and Mr. Khyzam asked me if I wanted to buy a new car. I said no but I would b I was at Broadway Toyota getting my 2005 Prius service for 90, 000 miles and Mr. Khyzam asked me if I wanted to buy a new car. I said no but I would be interested in a plug-in hybrid Prius. He said a 2012 leased car had just been returned that day. I walked over and saw it and said I needed to discuss with my husband. The next thing I knew I was the proud owner of this car and turned my 2005 Prius in to buy it. Very easy sale with good follow up and care. I am still in awe I could find a car I was willing to buy. What a Great Experience! We did our car shopping homework for weeks , so when we arrived at Broadway Toyota we knew the salesman would determine if we could finally buy a car. Super nice normal guy, Donny, walked up all smiles and asked a smart question. It was uphill from there. He showed us the cars we wanted to see, only. He listened! He took us on a really smart test drive. Donny lined up all the help we needed to purchase that car, but stayed with us the whole time. Every person that joined us was upfront and helpful and had something useful to contribute. No where in Portland have we had an honest, nice, efficient, helpful car experience until now. Thanks to Broadway Toyota we bought a new car and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience that most save for great restaurants and vacations. More

GO FISH! I NEVER THOUGH BUYING A CAR COULD BE FUN First of all I rarely write reviews but I thought this deserved it. I've purchased many cars from many dealerships across the country. This was by far First of all I rarely write reviews but I thought this deserved it. I've purchased many cars from many dealerships across the country. This was by far the best experience I've ever had. Hands down! I don't know whats in the water over there at Broadway, but I'm drinking the Kool-aid. First of all, I was greeted by one of the best looking men I've ever seen working in that industry. Tall, white, and handsome with a gorgeous beard, his name was Joe, and he helped me out to begin with. We hit it off right away, we had a lot in common and boy oh boy could he sing. In fact, we've even got plans to go out and do some Karaoke soon. Best part is he wasn't the only one I got to meet. Joe had an apt show up while we were looking at a Tacoma. So he introduced me to one of his colleagues, "Fish" is what they called him but his name was Adam. A blazing ball of red fire with piercing green eyes came at me like a moth to a flame. Joe was great but Adam may have been even better. In moments I knew why Adam was one of Broadways best. He seemed to anticipate my every need and know what I wanted almost before I did. Like an ancient Geisha serving her honorable host, he catered to my every need. In no time I was in a 4 runner (the same one I ended up buying) on a test drive around NE Portland, an area I'm not so familiar with, testing out the vehicles features and capability. Fish made it so easy, in fact, he even brought me to an unfinished road where I could test out some of the vehicles "off-road" abilities. After the test drive with Fish I knew I found what I wanted both in a vehicle and a sales man and was ready for the hard part, the "negotiation". However, to my surprise, this part was even easier than picking the truck. Fish laid out my options and gave me the choice, never forcing anything on me and explaining things as we went. At one point the finance manager, Max, who ended up doing my paper work even came out to go over a few details of the financing before I agreed to the terms. Once I agreed to the terms Max took over and made the purchase process just as simple. We went over everything line by line and he gave me all my options for payments and protections. He even worked with me to fit it all into my budget. Buying a car is a big deal and as a great man once said, “Whoever is careless with the truth in small matters cannot be trusted with important matters” ? Albert Einstein. Ask for Fish, Joe or Max and you'll be in good hands. None of these guys messed around with silly car guy approaches or slick sales tactics that I've become accustomed to when buying a car. It was very refreshing to be treated like an intelligent buyer who merely wants a good deal and a great experience from honest people. I found it at Broadway and I would recommend any one I know to do the same. More

Even though I was just there to test some potential vehicle out, he took his time answering my questions and showing me different aspects of the cars. He was relatable, was NOT pushy and kept in touch/followed up on questions and thoughts too. The car buying experience can be a stressful one, but I felt at ease during my experience at Broadway! More
