Joe was incredibly knowledgeable about the features of each vehicle, and he helped me negotiate into my deal some of those that I was explicitly looking for (Hello, new sunroof). I paid less than I expected and got a better car than I thought I was looking for. Perfect combo. Claude was willing to go that extra mile (literally) to help me find the car that best fit me needs, budget, and my personality! He was even came to pick me up at my home in the car I was interested in, allowing me to test drive it back to the dealership, answering any questions I had while at the wheel of the car I loved! He was extremely helpful in negotiating prices and, as a first time car owner with very little credit, I was nervous and a little tentative about signing for my new car without a cosigner. Well ,Claude made me feel so comfortable and confident during the process of purchase, and he even worked closely with the insurance agent to find a quote that best fit my budget and needs. Claude was patient with my tentativeness and my "worry wart" father who kept calling to make sure the process was going smoothly. I never thought of myself as a Toyota kind of person...sure I've heard they last forever, etc. but nothing had ever caught my eye or fit within my pri I never thought of myself as a Toyota kind of person...sure I've heard they last forever, etc. but nothing had ever caught my eye or fit within my price range. That all changed when we went to see Dalal! That girl worked tirelessly to find something within our price range & family size. As a mom of a 16 yr old & a 4 yr old we needed something with enough room in between them both as well as enough leg room for the driver & passenger. I went back & forth with Dalal over the phone about car vs SUV, Camry vs Rav4 and she listened so patently to my indecisiveness.
