I can recommend Broadway Toyota and especially Rod Shogren very highly. I am not particularly fond of dealing with car sales people. In fact I have had some very bad experiences. But for me Rod was Shogren very highly. I am not particularly fond of dealing with car sales people. In fact I have had some very bad experiences. But for me Rod was great. He seemed more interested in my situation and satisfaction than in selling me a car. So he ended up selling me a truck. I went in thinking I needed a crossover car-type vehicle, but it just wasn't right. Rod seemed to understand what I really wanted/needed and showed me a Tacoma that was perfect for me. I am still skeptical of large dealerships, but if Broadway Toyota can recruit and retain sales people like Rod, it gives me faith. So my experience of buying a vehicle was really pleasant, hence the high ratings. This is the second car I have purchased from Broadway Toyota. Both experiences were positive. No regrets! I may have to rethink my skepticism. More

My salesman blatantly told me inaccurate facts, tried to shove me in a used vehicle (even when I stated my 'new' preference) and brought in his sales manager when they hit a panic point. I was looking up leases on the internet. I found one I liked at Broadway Toyota. Within 15min of recieving my request I received a phone call from Rod. He was very knowledgable about all the different options and was very helpful in helping us make the right selection for our needs. He helped us negotiate reasonable prices for both cars. I've been looking for a very specific Magnetic Gray Tacoma for over a year now and always checked inventory of local dealerships but could not find one with the options I wanted. I noticed Broadway ha Tacoma for over a year now and always checked inventory of local dealerships but could not find one with the options I wanted. I noticed Broadway had the truck but not in the correct color. I emailed them in March and within the same day I was contacted by Erika who said she could get the exact Tacoma when I was ready to buy. She was very polite, friendly, honest and unbelievably patient as it took two months to sell my car and finally decide on the Tacoma. During the two months, she checked in on a weekly basis to see if I had any questions or if she could help sell my used car. When I told her I was finally ready she had the right Tacoma at the dealership within two days at a price that was better than expected. It was by far, the easiest car purchase I've experienced and I give all the credit to Erika and Broadway. She exceeded my expectations at every level and I highly recommend contacting her if you're looking for a Toyota. Some of the positives - very honest, patient, friendly, stayed with us when we came to the dealership and made sure everything went smoothly. She had the truck detailed and filled with gas...it looked fantastic! She walked us through all the options of the truck and set up our Bluetooth phones.
