This buying experience at Broadway Toyota was the best that my wife and I have ever experienced. The price through Internet Sales was more than $700 less than any of the other quotes that we received from that my wife and I have ever experienced. The price through Internet Sales was more than $700 less than any of the other quotes that we received from the other dealers in Portland or Wilsonville. The sales manager and the assistance sales manager provided us with outstanding service; in fact, they treated us like family. You can trust Broadway Toyota. If they said something, they made sure it happened. The assistance service manager was extremely helpful as well as Chuck in parts. It is obvious that Broadway Totota cares about their customers, and they treated us special. I would not hesitate to go back to Broadway Toyota in the future. In fact, my son purchased a new car on the next day, and he also received exceptional customer service. I hope the word gets out about Broadway Toyota because I'll know you also receive outstanding customer service as we continue to receive through their parts and service departments. More
Customer service when buying the car was excellent. Whitney was very helpful. The quality of the work therafter was not good. We were supposed to pick up the car the next day. We got dropped off at the dealership and then were told that the car wasn't there. They were prompt about giving us a shuttle home. Picked up the car the next day, the car is great. Told us they would call us in about a week when the roof rack came in. We were not called when our roof rack came in. Three weeks later, I called, and we were told wrong information about who had the roof rack. Then, we were told that it wasn't included in the financing. Then we got that worked out with Medhi who gave us a rental car so we could have the car in the shop to get the roof rack installed. Meanwhile, we received a notice that our financing paper work was not done correctly. While it was in our favor, and I'm not complaining about that, it leads me to believe that there is a lack of communication and consistency and thoroughness throughout the entire process. More

I really have nothing bad to say about my experience working with Whitney or with Broadway Toyota. Whitney was extremely personable, friendly, and kind. She didn't give us the typical salesperson act an working with Whitney or with Broadway Toyota. Whitney was extremely personable, friendly, and kind. She didn't give us the typical salesperson act and spoke to us like we were her good friends. She was always smiling and honest. When she didn't know an answer to a question she quickly contacted whom she needed to in order to get that answer. She stayed 5 plus hours late in order to help us with no complaints (even at 11 o'clock at night when she drove to my house to get our car that was being traded she still had a smile on her face). Near the end of our deal, Ken stepped in to help Whitney out with the final proceedings. He also treated us like a friend and related to our interests. He listened to the things we needed in order to agree to a deal and gave us what he could. Since buying the new four runner I have been into the dealership two or three times and both Ken and Whitney have come to me making sure everything is working well, making sure I knew how to use everything, making sure I got my floor mats, etc. I definitely would go back to them again in the future and would recommend anyone to work with these two! Ian was not your typical Sales Person and Broadway not your typical dealer. Coming off a very bad experience at another Toyota Dealer I just wanted to get the deal made and drive away fast. I started t your typical dealer. Coming off a very bad experience at another Toyota Dealer I just wanted to get the deal made and drive away fast. I started the On-line negotiations for a vehicle that they had in stock, within minutes of sending the information there was "personalized" correspondance. In the following 2 hours there was phone calls conversations and information exchanges. It was fantastic they did not nag me at all.. Once it was at the point where they needed to see the trade-ins I went to the dealter. They treated me fantastic, gave me excellent value for my trade in. They found my ideal vehicle and offered me a great price on the 4 Runner went and got it from another dealer and while I waited for it to be detailed they fed me at the cafe. And it all took roughly 5 hours from walking in to driving away in my new vehicle. All in All the best buy experience ever. Thanks Ian & everyone at Broadway Toyota... I loved my experience at Broadway Toyota-Scion. I really can't compliment them enough. We had contacted Ian previous to showing up at the dealership about what we were looking for, so he was expecting us w can't compliment them enough. Ian is a fantastic guy, a blast to talk to, and very accomodating, honest, and knowledgeable about the products that they sell there. We had already been to two other dealerships that day, and didn't find anyone who took care of us as well as Ian and the rest of the staff at Broadway Toyota did. I really felt like the staff was willing to move mountains to get me to take home the Toyota Yaris that I test drove. Their work paid off and I went home with a fantastic new car at a good price with monthly payments I can handle (I'm just recently out of college so budget's a major factor for me). They have less markup than other dealerships and a fantastic family-type atmosphere. Even the financial people were extremely accomodating and kind. I do wish they had let me know earlier that the college rebate on the Yaris came with such stringent requirements, but I'm confident I would've made the purchase either way. They also offer great additional things without adding in hidden fees, like complimentary maintenance for the first 5,000 miles. And they offered me an extra service package at a discounted price to keep my monthly payments where I wanted them. We've been back a few times since then to re-sign papers and everyone has remembered us and welcomed us. When I purchased the car everyone was crowding around shaking my hand and giving me business cards in case I need help. Ian also sent me a lovely thank you note and has been quick to follow up with any concerns we've had. I am already recommending this dealer (and Ian!) to friends - it was a wonderful experience all around with a great outcome. More
