I really appreciated the fact that Erika was willing to work with me on my terms, meaning that she did not insist upon contacting me by phone (which is terribly inconvenient because of my workplace). She did this entire transaction via email because I let her know that that works for me. She sent me the specs on my car, the price including the discount she was able to give (the price worked for me) and I simply had to come in to pick up the fully detailed car on MY schedule. It was the most painless car-buying experience I have had (of many). I definitely will return to Broadway Toyota (this is my second purchase there and my husband bought there also) and I will ask for Erika because she GETS IT for busy professionals. More

Broadway Toyota was very good to work with. First, they had the RAV 4 we wanted -- other dealerships did not and/or could not get access to this particular vehicle. We wanted the optional 3rd row. Second, although Broadway Toyota is not part of the Costco program (we had been working with a dealership previously that was), the price we paid for the RAV 4 seemed comparable with the Costco prices we had been given. We had leather seats, heated seats & a moon roof added, all of which look & work great. When we went to pick up the vehicle, we were impressed w/ the time Ken & Peter spent w/ us to make sure we knew how all of the controls worked & to answer any questions. And I think we received at least 3 follow up phone calls from the dealership to make sure we were satisfied. More

Bill Andrus was like no other salesman I've ever dealt with. He was friendly, very personable and one of the most interesting and fun to talk to people I've ever met. Someone I would like to hang out with outside our professional relationship. He answered all of my questions but wasn't pushy at all and just let the car sell itself. Pete Sweeney was a very friendly guy as well. He didn't intimidate me at all and made the car buying experience a very comfortable one. When the numbers didn't look right to me he looked at them and agreed the went and got them changed without question. The lady that did all the paperwork and finance stuff who's name I believe was Connie was also wonderful. All in all this was an amazing experience and I would do it again in an instant if I could do it again with these three people. Unfortunately I believe my new Toyota may last forever so I'll never have to buy another. More

I felt at ease immediately with Bill. There was never any pressure or unnecessary sales pitch. I already new I wanted to look at a Prius, but didn't know if I could swing the deal. I purchased a long awaited for Prius last year from Rod Shogren. I have always wanted a prius, however, dreaded dealing with salesmen...i am a single woman and always feel taken advantage of. I called ahead to verify the car I saw online was there before I went over to test drive. Rodd said he'd get the car up front and ready to go for me. He did. These guys did an outstanding job :). I've got a RAV4, I felt that it's too tight and came back to them and they were very nice to me. Then Gorge came and talked to me and canceled the deal and just took the RAV4 back and gave me what I want the Highlander :).
