I called the Service Department and had an appointment scheduled within 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. The problem was diagnosed quickly and Oliver called me with a quote and for my approval. Very enjoyable experience today. Ms. Rose greeted me, obtained the vehicle mileage, performed a visual inspection of the car, and then we went to her computer. Here, she explained some additional items which weren't required but were something which I have always had done when having an oil change performed. I am glad she mentioned these items because my plans are to keep the car for many more years. Also, I received her text message informing me that I could either click the link, or call her directly if I had any questions. Overall, today was a very good experience, and I rate her as a 5 (I would give a higher number if it were possible). More
