On July 22 I purchased my 3rd auto from your dealership in two years. Dealing with your sales is always great! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the finance dept. After completing my paperwork, Mr Syed Ali offered me two free oil change coupons and said he would have them when I got my plates. Of course the coupons were not with my plates but Mr. Ali said he would have them mailed. Two weeks later nothing? and he isn't answering emails. I have not received any paperwork on the extended warranty I am wondering if I even have a warranty? As a returning customer, I expected to be treated better. More
