Spent two hours waiting for a recall to be repaired only to be informed they did not have the required part after they reached out to me to schedule the repair. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to apol to be informed they did not have the required part after they reached out to me to schedule the repair. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to apologize himself. He sent the original rep to offer a free oil change for the beyond infuriating experience. Normally I have at least an adequate experience and there are several good employees that have given me an overall good experience. More

I recently moved to this area and was happily surprised at how competent and professional the employees at Group One Toyota Rock Hill are. Tim Fox was the person who sheparded my car and me through the pr at how competent and professional the employees at Group One Toyota Rock Hill are. Tim Fox was the person who sheparded my car and me through the process. He was funny and attentive and I enjoyed him and hope he is my service technician next time.
