No one came out until I went in to talk to the general manager whose name is Dan who was very unprofessional. He went back there and saw that they wasn’t doing anything. Came back with someone to help me but made the comment that if you have an issue when you come why do you come back. I bought all my cars from here since 2000 up until now from Toyota who would tell a longtime customer if you’re not satisfied here why you come back. Fix the problem. Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Dan, the general manager is the person who I spoke to and made that comment. More

had one of the worst service experiences ever at Toyota of Rock Hill, specifically with my service advisor Austin. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00 AM for a simple oil change, and somehow it took almo of Rock Hill, specifically with my service advisor Austin. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00 AM for a simple oil change, and somehow it took almost 7 hours. That is completely unacceptable. Not only was the service extremely slow, but it also wasn’t done properly as promised. When I called to get an update, I was told my car was “nowhere to be found.” That is alarming and extremely unprofessional. No one should ever have to hear that about their own vehicle. I didn’t get my car back until 4:00 PM, for a service that should take an hour at most. There was no communication, no accountability, and no sense of urgency or respect for my time. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend trusting this location or this advisor with your vehicle. More
