Mr. Breezley – we take customer satisfaction very seriously and investigated your situation. What we found was that Riley did her best to address your concerns – one of the initial two conditions was unable to be replicated that is correct. I understand that a third concern was brought up at the end of the visit and she even had the tech recheck it again and it was found to be operating within Toyota guidelines. We are very sorry you are disappointed in the dealership as it’s not our intent to disappoint customers. I have no idea what salesperson you are referring to “as cocky / condescending”; there were some earlier notes in the system (it appears as a potentially different date?) under your name and it looked as if there was an offer made on a vehicle that we chose not to accept. Other than that I could not find any vehicle purchases in our system under your name (not saying there isn’t I just couldn’t find it). As far as mentioning a competitive dealership and how much you like them – I am glad you found somebody you like to do business with as that’s the most important thing. Interestingly enough we also get plenty of customers both sales and service that like coming here instead so we must do things that some customers prefer. Lastly, I am more accessible than any General Manager of a Toyota store in the Charlotte market – which means I am available should a customer have a concern. The fact that I’m personally answering your review would hopefully demonstrate that we do care.
