This was my first visit to Rock Hill Toyota and I am now a customer for life! Tim Fox in service could not have been more helpful in explaining the process and dealership amenities. While I was waiting a staff person asked if I would like a water. It is a very comfortable environment. I had an oil change done and brakes checked. After the oil change found the back brakes needed replacing. I was in/out in 2 hours with the oil changed and brakes completed! Keep up the good work ! More

I went in for an oil change, the multi point inspection indicated I had a bad battery. I went to the shop that sold me the battery and they cleaned the terminals and the battery indicated it was good. When indicated I had a bad battery. I went to the shop that sold me the battery and they cleaned the terminals and the battery indicated it was good. When I opened the hood to check the battery I noticed that the Toyota technician had not replace the oil cap, it was laying on the air cleaner and my engine compartment was covered in oil. I called the Service Advisor and he said bring it back and we'll clean the engine for you. More
