I was very happy that Toyota of Rock Hill was able to schedule me for an oil change in tire rotation within two hours of my calling. Cole was the service advisor. He did a great job keeping me updated as schedule me for an oil change in tire rotation within two hours of my calling. Cole was the service advisor. He did a great job keeping me updated as to how long it was gonna take with the vehicle as well as any other service related items that needed to be performed. I elected to have those performed at a later date, but it was good to know what needed to be done the next time the car is serviced. More

Riley scheduled my appointment, but wasn’t there to greet me when I arrived. Evan took care of me which is another service writer, he was professional. They could only figure out how to fix one on a brand new 2025 Tacoma.. while I was there I asked to speak to a salesman as they were opening up. The salesman was very cocky, condescending and unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle from this place 12 years prior and it seems to be either the ownership or management doesn’t care about how their employees treat their customers. I’m very dissatisfied with this dealership.. however I was able to visit a local dealership called Scott Clark at which was amazing in Monroe North Carolina. I traded in my vehicle which was a brand new 25 Tacoma with less than 4000 miles and bought a brand new 2026 tundra, which I absolutely love the salesman at this facility are absolutely amazing. However this review is for Toyota Rock Hill, which was absolutely horrible. Every experience I’ve had at this dealership has made me think badly about the brand, but I know that the brand is very good at other locations. I have bought six Toyotas in the last 20 years and the only thing that has failed them is the lack of service and professionalism at dealerships like Rock Hill Toyota. More
