Very clean, friendly environment. None of the employees wasted any time when getting our documents prepared. Every one had a good sense of urgency. The most impressive part of the experience was our salesperson Kayla Jenkins. She made it seamless and comfortable. She got straight to the point and did not waste our time with any unnecessary info. She was also very familiar with the car and did a fantastic job going thru each feature with clear explanation of the car's unique benefits and features for us to enjoy as a customer. My car was towed to the dealership, and Tim Evans the service consultant was waiting for my arrival. He patiently listened to my concerns and got the technician to fit me in without a scheduled appointm service consultant was waiting for my arrival. He patiently listened to my concerns and got the technician to fit me in without a scheduled appointment. My car was fixed in two hours allowing me to return my rental car early.
