I’ve brought my car in 3 times and every time I’ve left without it being fixed because they cannot replicate the issue. The first time, an advisor told me to bring videos my next appointment of the issue. without it being fixed because they cannot replicate the issue. (I did and then was told they can’t accept those) For the second appointment, I dealt with Tim foxx and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Toyota. He seemed irritated from the moment I arrived (not sure if it’s because I originally scheduled with someone else and it switched to him but he was dismissive and unprofessional from start to finish) they had my car for 5 hours and nothing was done, (he said the issue happened once and that warranty would cover my brakes being changed, the other reason I brought it in, but by the time I reached out, they hadn’t even changed the brakes)I had to reach out to him for an update because I hadn’t heard from him and found out they hadn’t even done the brakes and said they needed to keep it overnight. They had no rentals and had all of my things in my car still, so I told him that didn’t work for me on such short notice and I would just need to bring it back. when I went to pick my car up, he again seemed irritated and walked to the door & pointed to where my car was. Didn’t walk me out like every other advisor I’ve ever used and didn’t try to reschedule the appointment. I brought it back 2 days later and dealt with Matthew who was great and tried to help as much as possible and said that I could bring it back again when the issue is more frequently happening and he would help me. He understood my frustration and was very kind, complete opposite of my experience with Tim. More

This was terrible 😣 I came to rock hill because Gastonia gives poor service and nobody knows what they are doing. I went to rock hill this morning and had a terrible experience. Almost 3 hour wait for them to tell Me I had a nail in my tire. I asked the man how long is this going to take I’ve been here 2hours and 30 mins already and he said very rudly go sit down and I’ll come get you when we’re finished. Then on the way out I asked him which tire has the nail in it and he said everything you need to know is I. The text message I sent you and if you read it you will see which tire it is. Then he has the nerve to walk me to my car and ask me about thanks giving and Christmas. I’m paying you to tell me about my car and your talking about Thanksgiving and Christmas and you can answer a simple question about my car. I’m not going back to rock hill and not going back to Gastonia. Terrible service and rude More
