I had an outstanding experience at Toyota of Rock Hill. My internet inquiry was answered promptly by Damon. As a 60 year old female, I was shopping on my own and hadn’t bought a car for 14 years, Boy, things have changed! I also had done my homework ahead of time to prepare for the scary, pushy and aggressive salesmen who were gonna ask all the questions you aren’t supposed to answer (!!!) according to the internet. Not gonna lie, I dreaded it. But Damon Adams…he was exceptionally genuine, patient and an expert in his field. Zero arrogance, no high-pressure. He sold me a great 2024 RAV4 that day and I will always remember the peace in my heart from the overall experience. He is absolutely the best!
