I called Wednesday, 17th, to get an appointment for an oil change and servicing......they got me in today, Friday, 19th! Ger was great! He explained what was needed, advised it would take about 2 1/2 oil change and servicing......they got me in today, Friday, 19th! Ger was great! He explained what was needed, advised it would take about 2 1/2 hours and be about $190.00. He texted me, advising I could call or text at that number if I needed anything. I did later text to ask if he would bring me my tote and jacket when he had a moment- - - he was kind enough to do so. He came out to check on me and said they were just about finished with my car; he would complete.his paperwork and should be able to have me out by 4 p.m. - - - exactly 2 hours after they started on my car. 4 P.M.---Ger came to get me; went over the bill, explaining everything; walked me outside- - - even went to get my car and brought it to me at the covered entrance! I had a great experience and will return- - - asking for Ger- - - when it is time for my car to be serviced! THANK YOU, TOYOTA OF ROCK HILL AND GER! More
