No one greeted me. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 2pm appointment. I'm the customer but they make me feel like they are so busy and don't have time to even acknowledge me. I think the techs do a good job but the service advisors suck. I don't like being treated like an intruder and don't plan on going back. More

In general the service was quick. My only complain would be that the lady who talked to me seemed in a rush and wasn't very friendly.
