I would like to retract my earlier comments (see below) and provide updated feedback. I was able to connect with Ms. Kailey, who resolved the issue promptly. I truly appreciate the confirmation of the 10% discount, which can be applied to future visits. By the way, the overall vehicle service was excellent.

At this point after reading your negative response more or less blaming me for not being aware of the prices and time frames to do the work only confirms that you over charged me for labor and parts. My knowledge and experience from past mechanical days of working on vehicles myself tells me that. I crawled underneath my truck after getting it home to see just what was done and to my disappointment didn't see any evidence of new gaskets, drain plug removal or telltale signs were fluids had dripped when draining. Recapping, I had made an appointment elsewhere to get it done, decided at the last minute to get it done at your facility thinking that I could trust Toyota to be fair, reasonable and use all of the correct fluids and materials to do the job. To my disappointment I was wrong, but, I have to in a small way thank you for confirming what most say, don't bring your vehicle back to the dealership after your warranty is done because of how expensive it will be.
