When trying to inform the service department of the vehicles heavy use, they opted to go with a 10k service and would not accept a 5k mile heavy use service coverage, even though toyota has different r vehicles heavy use, they opted to go with a 10k service and would not accept a 5k mile heavy use service coverage, even though toyota has different recommendations for service based on use. Nor after the appointment did a service advisor go over the paperwork with. Yes, I know how to read, but a quick summary would have been great. More
