My experience at this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. I was advised that I needed to purchase a Toyota Green Light package for a non-Toyota vehicle, which cost me $2k. However, when I needed t nightmare. I was advised that I needed to purchase a Toyota Green Light package for a non-Toyota vehicle, which cost me $2k. However, when I needed to make a claim, they couldn't fulfill it and directed me to the manufacturer, leaving me with a useless package and wasted money. Furthermore, several aftermarket warranties were added to my purchase without any official paperwork or explanation. I was only handed documentation after signing on a signature pad, which put me in a terrible predicament. Additionally, I was charged significantly more for warranties than what I was initially told. Despite explicitly requesting that my credit not be shopped around and only using my preferred banks with my high credit score, they went ahead and shopped it to 12 creditors, which was completely unacceptable. After enduring numerous unpleasant experiences, I sold the vehicle within 30 days and canceled all warranties except for the forced non-refundable Green Light package, which was useless to me since I didn't own a Toyota. I will never consider doing business with this dealership again. I'm relieved that the car is gone, and I hope my review helps others avoid the same horrendous experience. More

I am very happy with the services provided by Mick. However, I had worse experience with Stephanie Sanchez or Lopez. She never called me as promised about updating me on the truck battery. I have followed up almost throughout 6 working days and not a single time I couldn't get hold of her. She never returned my call, and I refuse to ever work with her. With Stephanie in service, I will never and ever work with her as she does not know customer service, she does not know the customer follow up, and at least give them a call as she promised, extremely dissppointing. On the other hand Mick provided great support and which I would continue to work with him. More

Brought my RAV4 in for the rear hatch to be checked because it was not raising up all the way. Demonstrated this to the lady who checked the car in, and it did the same she tried resetting the system. because it was not raising up all the way. Demonstrated this to the lady who checked the car in, and it did the same she tried resetting the system. still it only rose part way. Left car and got a call stating that the tech could not see a problem nor duplicate the problem. He said that he saw not problem even though one of the other associates stated he got two calls that same day about the same problem. Now the hatch raises up just high enough to bang your head unless you physically lift the hatch the rest of the way. That is not the way it was when we bought the car. More
