That is pathetic and I think Toyota should be ashamed to charge a customer who spent much money to purchase a new car to be penalized to such degree upon the loss of a key. Too bad! Painless I saw your 4runner researching a new(to me) vehicle. Having previously owned an 08, I knew I wanted that model. Comparing for myself many 4runners for sale by other dealerships, used lots and individuals, several things drew me to your vehicle. 1st was the price, it was in my range. 2nd was the fact that I knew Toyota of Rockwall would have their reputation on the line & do pretty much everything to protect it. Meaning to me the vehicle would be free from any detectable abnormalities 7 as close to a new unit as possible. I simply want a good vehicle at the best price. I realize your beautiful facility cost money to maintain, inventory, utilities, employees, etc., to provide a pleasant car buying experience for potential customers. Felecia was attentive to me needs and did her very best to answer my questions in a timely manner as I was physically a 3 hour drive away. I had already missed an opportunity on a similar vehicle at a Houston area used lot. I actually had several other 4runners to check out while in DFW the same day I purchased yours. Felecia was warm, pleasant and attentive, certainly putting me at ease. Her hand off to Scott Smith in Financing was seamless. Scott was also pleasant and informative to work with. The entire process once I pulled the trigger on the deal, was relatively quick. I was comfortable during my wait and had it not been late Saturday and I had thought ahead to have my daily debit card limit raised, I'd be driving around in the 4Runner now. I'll return in a few hours and take delivery. I certainly would recommend your dealership to anyone searching for a Toyota in the DFW area. More
Relatively Painless Mary was great to work with and I appreciated her time. After all the paperwork was completed and the sale was final, I did notice a few large scratc Mary was great to work with and I appreciated her time. After all the paperwork was completed and the sale was final, I did notice a few large scratches on the truck. Mary was quick to help and get the paperwork written up to get the paint fixed. She followed up with a phone call the next business day for the scratch. I am waiting for a call from the service department to bring my truck back in. More

Fuse or electrical? I have a 20 year old 4Runner and understand parts are not easily available. I had all the light bulbs replaced in 2018. There was an intermittent on/o I have a 20 year old 4Runner and understand parts are not easily available. I had all the light bulbs replaced in 2018. There was an intermittent on/off on my RH fog light and after 19 years, what the heck, replaced everything at Toyota of Plano. Just recently; the seat belt, interior dome light, keys in ignition warning didn't have an indicator noise. My first visit to Rockwall and once it was determined "there's nothing wrong", I asked them to cap check the battery. The technician wouldn't let it go. He took a total of 3 hours to continue to troubleshoot. Is it simply a bad bulb, fuses, or an electrical issue? While only 1 out of 3 items was fixed, and a part is on order, it was an extensive effort. That's impressive! Great team!! This is why I'm a Toyota owner for 40 years. More

Good news, getting my car maintenance done was easy breezy! New to Toyota maintenance and this Service center was fast, friendly, comfortable and a breeze! No more car maintenance dread! I had put off my 5K wit New to Toyota maintenance and this Service center was fast, friendly, comfortable and a breeze! No more car maintenance dread! I had put off my 5K with dread for a few weeks with that dread of having to start at a new center I've never been to, but after my visit to Toyota of Rockwall I can say that I feel at ease with all my future check-in's now. Justin was excellent. He pointed me in the right direction and gave me a tour of the service center amenities. He had me in and out in a zip. The visit was excellent and plan to make it the home of all my maintenance visits in the future. More
