Brought it back the next day to have it checked and windows tinted. Was told needed a new tire which had to be ordered and was told to come back the next day to have both done at the same time to save on shop hours. Returned the third day tire was replaced but was told the tint couldn’t be done because they needed at least 2 hours to do it due to the angles of the window, so now I have to come back a 4th time. More

I went to the other dealership and was treated almost as just a number. The salesman seemed to deliberately waste time. In the middle of multiple conversations he would excuse himself and leave. Come back with nothing concerning our conversation or an apology for not waiting until after. I asked several questions, Most of which were I do not know. He didn't offer to find out and follow up with me. The models that I went to see were subpar. As Toyota offered far more features for the same price. Seth answered all my questions and was patient in understanding I was not ready to purchase the first day I visited the lot. He followed up with multiple buying options, he was informative and never pressuring the sale. This is our 3rd new car from this dealership. The customer service doesn't stop after the deal is closed. For any maintenance, even patching a tire they offer to wash and vacuum free of charge. They also give shuttle service around town, so you can make it to work even if your car is having issues. We will continue to be lifelong customers and know not to bother checking other dealerships. More

Good, but not great. First of all, the people were great. Joseph took great care of us and was very pleasant. The dealership was nice and a good atmosphere. Just go ahead and call them for the REAL price of the used vehicle you are looking at online. They will add a $900 “accessory” fee that isn’t optional. It’s gives you some oil changes. I told them I didn’t want it and wouldn’t use that service, but it didn’t matter. The price you see on the internet isn’t true and it’s just to get you in the door. Then they jack it up a thousand on you. That was very annoying and frustrating. Without that, they would have received 5 Stars. More

I am not from the Dallas area, so I was surprised to see an unwanted "option" added to the price of the car. The Rockwall Toyota Green Package for $899 included some services at the local dealership that would be impossible for me to use. I was told that they would not sell the car without this "option". If you cannot remove it, its not really an option. A mandatory option that must be negotiated down is just a thinly disguised sales tool to put more "green" in Rockwall's pocket. More
