I owned a Lexus IS250 which came with two years of oil changes. Seemed great until they lied about patching my tire (which I offered to pay for) and then tried to sell me a $670 brake job for front & rear brakes. My rear brake pads had no wear because my car was front wheel drive. Simply tried to take advantage of me for being a woman. Two weeks ago, we cosigned for our daughter's 2015 Jeep Patriot. After my husband negotiated off all of the extra upsell services their finance manager tried to make sound mandatory, we ended up getting a good deal. Two days after purchasing, she left for a trip to Oklahoma. No sooner did she cross the border, and sensors started going off. The mechanic from Carter Dodge came to her rescue, and we had them bill it to Toyota of Rockwall. Maria from ToR's service department called my husband to set up a time for our daughter to bring the car in for vehicle inspection, which sounded great at the time. upon arriving, they tried to charge her $138 before even looking at her car! My husband called back, only to be told by the super unprofessional Sales Manager, Alan, that Toyota of Rockwall would not inspect her car, it was not their problem, and she should read her warranty and take the car to a dodge dealership. In the two weeks since purchasing the vehicle, the AC has stopped working, the sunroof has leaked, and now the controls for her radio, seat heaters, and several other electronics won't work. They flat out lied about the vehicle not having issues in order to take advantage of a 19 year old girl. Disgraceful. Thanks to the horrible service we received buying and servicing our vehicles, we will not be back to this dealership! More

Sold me a car that had been wrecked The Mazda3 that I bought ,Rockwall Toyota showed me that it had,a clean Car Fax on it. The day I drove it home a light came on the dash saying the bli The Mazda3 that I bought ,Rockwall Toyota showed me that it had,a clean Car Fax on it. The day I drove it home a light came on the dash saying the blind spot monitor was malfunctioning. Since the car was under Mazda warranty still my son got a appointment at Tyler Mazda. They looked at the car and showed us the car had been wrecked and damaged the rear portion of the car where one of the monitors were. So warranty did not repair because it was wrecked!! Barry S. told me that they wouldnt fix the car but could get another if they could find one. I actually just wanted a refund on the car since they weren't going to fix it. Main reason they couldn't guarantee that would fix the issue and did want to spend the money. I bought the car for my son to drive back and forth to college. Now we own a wrecked car!! More

He was polite, friendly and very straight forward. He was laid back and easy to deal with. I decided to purchase the truck and was done with the whole process in a very timely manner.
