No oil change I was in the service center in February of 2018 because when I took my car for an oil changed I was told the plug was stripped. Toyota of Rockwall had I was in the service center in February of 2018 because when I took my car for an oil changed I was told the plug was stripped. Toyota of Rockwall had completed all of my oil changes so I called and took it back. I had to wait two days because they did not have part. I purchased my car from there but it is a Dodge which is one just across the highway. I had to pay almost 100. 00 for an oil change verse only 50.00 Fast forward to May 17th getting ready to go out of town take my car for oil change told the same thing. Call dealer ship go in and worked with Micky which come to find out they never changed the oil plug because they still had it. So guess what my oil had never been changed. when I purchased my car the sale person was so nice but since then my service has been horrible. I will never purchase another car here will not recommend this dealership. How long have they been telling me my oil was changed and it was not? What type of damage has been done to my car. No sorry or nothing. I did not pay for the oil change because I had paid for it in February and my oil never got changed. I was not offered anything. Never ever will go back. Taking my SUV to job to make sure no damage has been done since I really do not know when was the last time my oil was actually changed. I will be writing a formal compliant. More

Great Experience I was looking to upgrade my vehicle due to the addition of a child. I tried my current car company at the time which was Nissan and they weren’t very I was looking to upgrade my vehicle due to the addition of a child. I tried my current car company at the time which was Nissan and they weren’t very helpful. The warm welcome I received once walking into the Toyota Dealership was beyond great. I was able to test drive all of the vehicles I liked and went home with a brand new Toyota Highlander without exceeding my budget. Everyone was so nice especially since I brought my kids and they had no problem with entertaining a 1&4 year old. We had such a wonderful experience. My husband ended up trading in his vehicle as well and getting another one. So now we are officially apart of the Toyota of Rockwall family. More
