Good experience I called before going in to see if there was time for a 10,000 mile service & was told there were no more appointments available for that day, but tha I called before going in to see if there was time for a 10,000 mile service & was told there were no more appointments available for that day, but that I could try to come in as a "walk in". Ball Joint Problem Ball joint broke on my truck at my home, couldn't move it. Called Toyota to get a wrecker to come and get in.
