VERY VERY slow week day - toyota recall. made an appointment. over 2 1/2 hrs to oil the electric window switch. recall letter stated it would probably take a week day - toyota recall. made an appointment. over 2 1/2 hrs to oil the electric window switch. recall letter stated it would probably take an hour but best to plan for 2 hrs. after 2 hrs. i asked about when highlander would be ready....... then someone told me 'won't be long now'. last recall - same story. LOTS of other customers coming in & leaving..... just not me. i waited and scheduled for after the hoildays in an attempt to not be forced to camp out so so long. More
