Disappointing service I got a recall notice in the mail for my truck so I called Toyota of Rockwall to see what was involved in the repair. I was told by the service advis I got a recall notice in the mail for my truck so I called Toyota of Rockwall to see what was involved in the repair. I was told by the service adviser that it not a big deal, just run it by anytime and it shouldn't take an hour to fix, no appointment needed. I drive in to the dealer a few days later and the female service adviser says that it takes a while to do the repair and I should come back when I have an appointment? Just the opposite of what I was told on the phone. So I make an appointment for another day and take the truck in, wait for over an hour only to be told that they can't do the repair because they don't stock the parts to fix the recall. She said that they would order the parts and call me when they came in. Three weeks later and three trips to the dealer so far, and I have not heard anything from them. Total waste of time. More

I have always been please with the work and the customer service. Recently, (1-11-16) I paid $21,000 down and financed under $4000.00 for a Honda Pilot. My sales person was helpful during the sale. Sadly, I needed his help with a concern that USAA had regarding proof of purchase. I called him with the USAA representative on the line. He was NO help and was short with me, "I am going to get off the phone now". He hung up. I called back and spoke to the finance manager West who texted me and email the one sheet POP to the representative from USAA that I needed. Problem solved by West. Dale Calhoun got his commission and lived up to what many who have met his type before call "USED CAR SALESMAN". With that said, I would not hesitate to make another purchase using a different sales person. More

That may be because we knew exactly what we wanted when we got there. He was not rude in any way. The finance department person that we had to deal with was a bit rude after we turned down his extended warranty and gap insurance. He also told us that the manuafactorers power train warranty does not carry over to second owners. We checked on our own and that is not true. More
