Wifi access in the lounge makes the wait enjoyable, but next time, please have a batch of Otis Spunkmyer cookies ready! Options for me were clearly laid out with various pricing options as my vehicle required a discrepancy to be corrected to pass inspection. I opted to take care of it myself at home, and the reschedule and appointment were handled by the dealer at no additional charge. More
