We purchased a $2,000 plus extended warranty on a used car that had 27,000 miles on it. We were told that the extended warranty covered everything from bumper to bumper including even if we left a window open and the inside of the door needed to be replaced. One would think that since Toyota covers paint problems UP TO 36,000 miles that the extended warranty would take over after that. NO NO NO You will know my car when you see it going from Dallas to Point Texas and other parts of the Dallas and extended areas. It will have signs on it regarding Toyota poor paint job and Rockwall Toyota not wanting to fix the problem. You will not only lose me as a customer forever more, but you may lose more customers. It probably wouldn't have cost the dealership $300 to have the roof repainted. instead, it may end up costing a few hundred in sales! More
