The service seemed to be OK. Sadly, I was told a water line was broken, so no car wash. Kasey met me when I pulled in for my 25,000 mile service. She was wonderful, bright, friendly and got me signed in quickly. The lobby is nice with free coffee / hot chocolate / bottled water. Soon the car was ready in under an hour. Unfortunately the car wash was out of order so they didn't wash it when normally they do. I would have given 5 stars but with the car wash out of order (this has happened before) I 'm only giving 4 stars. More

The customer service was excellent, and they were able to get me in and back out fairly quickly especially for a dealership. I was even able to get the cracks in my windshield sealed under my warranty along get me in and back out fairly quickly especially for a dealership.
