Do not trust Toyota of Rockwall! !! They will misdiagnose your vehicle, take your money for repairs that do not work, and then completely ghost you when caught in a lie.I brought my 2 !! They will misdiagnose your vehicle, take your money for repairs that do not work, and then completely ghost you when caught in a lie.I brought my 2019 Corolla LE in for a steering/key issue and paid $933.83 for a new ignition cylinder. The car failed immediately with the exact same breakdown. When I brought it back, they admitted the first repair failed, slapped me with a second estimate for $1,500 for a cylinder housing, and flat-out refused to make it right or refund the failed job.I have physically gone to this dealership three separate times to get this resolved. Each time, I was brushed off and promised that the Service Director would call me. That call never came. I have also called the main line multiple times, requested call backs, and sent detailed emails directly to General Manager Tony Yazbeck. Nobody will respond, and nobody will call me back.They are intentionally ignoring me hoping I will go away. Because of this complete lack of basic ethics, I have officially escalated a case with Toyota Corporate, and initiated a total chargeback dispute with my bank. Avoid this service department !!! More
