I tried this dealership again after a service person recommended an unnecessary service that replaced OMP with AMP with shorter lifespan. This time, was sent a recommended Svcs & approved $169.95. As so recommended an unnecessary service that replaced OMP with AMP with shorter lifespan. This time, was sent a recommended Svcs & approved $169.95. As soon as I approved Svc called & said the diagnosis is $165, I said what I approved was only $169.95, she said yes I noticed that the $165 didn’t come through. When I looked back at what I approved, the total had changed to over $350. I think done that way purposely knowing that I would not approve Dealer recommendations for coolant @ $169 if I knew diagnostics was $165. More

Expensive. Delays. Miscommunication. I’ve usually had good experiences here but services levels seems to have dropped off. Delays. Miscommunication. I’ve usually had good experiences here but services levels seems to have dropped off. More

I contacted Rockwall, Texas Toyota Service Dept. to do some cost comparison. I reached Kevin, who wrote down my questions, spoke with a mechanic, and called me back in a very short time. Upon his to do some cost comparison. I reached Kevin, who wrote down my questions, spoke with a mechanic, and called me back in a very short time. Upon his suggestion, I dropped my car off the next morning for a nose to toes (my words, not his) inspection and report card. After a few hours, I received one of the most amazing detailed inspection results! Kevin then called me to discuss the report. I asked them to look at my A/C compressor, the Catalytic Converter, and a few other things. I bought my Camry new in 2003, and have maintained it well over the years. I replaced the Catalytic converter 2 years ago, but my engine light was back on! That same repair shop said I needed it replaced again. I was not happy with the off market parts they’d installed, or the new repair expense, thus my call to Toyota. (To be fair, I did not request Toyota parts be installed.) Based on Toyota’s inspection, I didn’t need to replace the compressor, which was a huge relief! Unfortunately, the Catalytic Converter did need replacing. I had a few other things done from the inspection list, because I didn’t want to have to drop my car off again anytime soon. Kevin and the mechanic were phenomenal to work with! They listened to my concerns, checked them out, and addressed them all!! I can honestly say, I wont go back to the other repair shop, nor will I use off market parts again! Toyota, please give these men a raise, because they certainly earned one!! THANK YOU! More

When I arrived, I had schedule the appt, Milage checkup, oil & filter change, safety inspection and tire rotation. 1. The service people were just sitting in the office talking and took a few minutes bef oil & filter change, safety inspection and tire rotation. 1. The service people were just sitting in the office talking and took a few minutes before they came to car 2. They send me a message on additional services that were suggested, and I approved one, the front-end alignment and received a voice mail. I texted back the approval 3. I called at 2 pm if / when the car would be ready. They said it was still in work. 4. I called at 4 pm and they said it was ready. I never received a notification that vehicle was ready. 5. When I arrived, they total me the cost and I said no I had more work done on that. They went to service dept and tool about 10 minutes before my tech came to talk. Said she had closed the ticket before she saw the approval that they could do it the next time. SO, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN THAT SERIOUS IF I CAN WAIT ANOTHER 5k MILEAGE. Another ISSUE, when I first took the vehicle in for service, they offered me a front-end alignment or lifetime warranty for additional price, and I thought I had purchased the lifetime but was wrong on that point or how they charged me. 6. The vehicle was there from 7:30am till 4 pm. If they knew how to schedule items the oil change would take 30 minutes and tire rotation could be done at some time, if not then another 1 hour for that and safety inspection takes 45 minutes, and front-end for 1 hour. So max time should have been about 3 hours or real professional could have done it all in 2 and half hours. I can have it all done by Christian Brothers with a guarantee in 2.5 hours. 7. They also couldn't wash the car since they use rainwater. Need to have alternate plan for this. Couldn't get car wash (complementary) in last 2 months. 8. I think my next car will be a VW Atlas. It comes with a 100K 10-year warranty, and they listen to the customers on suggestions for changes to future vehicles 9. Not many new vehicles on the lot to look at. More
