I've purchased two Four-Runners at Toyota of Rockwall and have had them serviced only at the dealership. Even though I've purchased vehicles from Toyota of Rockwall, my experience with the sales department has been less than average and any contact that I've had with Service Management has been Extremely Disappointing. The Sales Personal lack of responsiveness and the Service Management arrogance displayed can not be considered service. Service Management should learn from the Service Techs. More
