Had appointment waited over Hour, then came time to pay. I called in from a email I received with the 49.00 dollar oil change, and told the girl that who made the appointment. With thinking I still needed the email I deleted it. Sure enough they wanted to charge me 150.00 dollars of oil change. Told the rep I had called in from the email and stated to girl I wanted the special. He then ask for proof, I needed the email and that it had stated that in the email You don't mess with little old ladies, I showed all the the other emails I had received about specials just didn't have that one. I told him to get the manager I would not pay this. I stood at counter for 10 minutes looking thru my trash emails. Finally he came back saying ok, 49.00 and was not happy. If I had not gotten the email I would have not known about the 49 special, Put two and two together and honor a customer that been coming since 2011, But never again. Good Customer service is everything to me, even when the dealers ships tries to add to bill things that or not necessary. More
Great service, in and out at a reasonable time for my oil change and Nick was very informative and polite. Waiting room was very clean and had one of my favorite shows on the TV. All of the service members were friendly and professional, I was happy to see they had coffee but no type of cream or sugar substitutes. I actually scheduled an appointment in order to insure I professional, I was happy to see they had coffee but no type of cream or sugar substitutes. I actually scheduled an appointment in order to insure I wasn't treated like a walk in and have a long wait time. Appointments don't seem to matter because everyone that arrived with me were in and out and I was still there until almost 10am. I know that sometimes it may take longer than usual but I was never updated with and ETA, I had to get up and ask who could I speak with to get and update and I was pointed to direction of who I should ask. More
