I guess you really weren't interested in learning more about my visit because I haven't heard back from you or the dealer. Guess what, I have put 3000 miles on car since you said I needed a alignment and all tires are wearing perfectly even. Have 7/32nds across the entire tire, so much for the $75,000 machine you bragged about. Maybe you should listen to customers concerns with a open mind.

I debated in whether to go there or Richardson. I was not happy with your buy back process (of my 2009 Camry) earlier. Dealing with this department did not sit well with me. But Kevin's performance should not suffer. He is a positive and energetic asset for Toyota.
