15 k service I was told that I should have a tire alignment and tires balanced on 15 k service. Thought that was odd on a new vehicle. I declined. I was told I would be reminded to have these things done on my next visit. I’m still scratching my head. Other than that all went well. Toyota takes care of the maintenance for the first 25 k but these 2 things that were needed were not included in the free service. Trying to make a few extra bucks? More

Service and key Kassie was great to work with and knowledagble. My only issue was the cost of obtaining a new key for my car. I just purchased the RAV4 a few months ago and it only came with one key. Now that the key isn’t working properly it is costing 381 to obtain a new one. In my opinion, a purchase of a car should include two functioning keys. More
