If you want help then ask for Mick. He is Awesome!!!! You can't ask for a better person to work with than Mick at Toyota of Rockwall. My Mother had an issue with the gas cap on her handicap van and Mick You can't ask for a better person to work with than Mick at Toyota of Rockwall. Friendly but service was incomplete Staff was very friendly and helpful. But service was incomplete. I asked that my tires be checked and pressure be set at 32 psi with a nitrogen fill. Staff was very friendly and helpful. But service was incomplete. I asked that my tires be checked and pressure be set at 32 psi with a nitrogen fill. I have a tire service contrat so i would think that they would check the tire pressure on a service schedule. I was informed that they were unable to fill my tires with nitrogen and that they were still filled with just regular air. That was fine but upon inspecting my truck i found that all tire pressure was off. My left rear tire was at 29 psi and the right was at 35. Both fronts were up to 37.. Also found oil in my driveway and found the oil pan bolt was lose a half turn. .L h l Thinking about just cancelling the service contract. Overall great place to nuy a car but the service department is lacking..... 8/20/18Went back to get a valve stem replaced.i have the road hazard service plan. Was quoted 50 dollars and told i need to schedule an appointment. I asked to talk to someone to cancel my service plans and have been sitting here for two hours. If you buy here do not get thier service plan. Thier covrage is useless and the service department is worthless. I hope i never have to come back to this place. When you are there to end a service of have prepaid service you are no longer a valued customer. If you see Toyota of Rockwall keep driving. More

We still had a good distance left on our trip. He was waiting for us and when we arrived he helped us right away. We were back on the road in a timely fashion. We appreciated the customer service. He even provided a shuttle to get us to a place to eat and a nice car wash. Thank you!!!! More
