The service representative was extremely kind and knowledgeable, however, they always come up with very expensive repairs that they think we should do. This time, it was brakes, so we took it to our knowledgeable, however, they always come up with very expensive repairs that they think we should do. This time, it was brakes, so we took it to our mechanic who told us that there was about 50% left on the brakes. The repairs are outrageous in price and unaffordable at the dealership. We take their report to our mechanic for him to look at. He is diligent, reasonable and honest. Over 70% of the time, he has told us that the repairs are unnecessary at this moment. The best thing I can say about their report is that it does alert us to anything that might become an issue. More

I called them at 3:00 PM and had a maintenance warning on my car. I live an hour away but the lady in scheduling got me in that day.
