Friendly staff made the service experience quick and easy. The service manager was able to replace all four tires and perform the 20000 mile maintenance in about the time that the 15000 mile maintenance easy. I love the dealership and the people there but what a fiasco this last Saturday when I brought my truck in for a scheduled service and a repair that is under warranty. Why would the person that scheduled the warranty work schedule me for a Saturday morning appointment if Toyota Warranty department is closed on Saturdays? My truck was serviced but unfortunately I have to find a way to get it in there early enough on a weekday. I use the truck for work and I am not sure when I can bring it in during the week. Additionally, I had a 8 AM appt. Why did it take 2 hours for a scheduled service? More
