Condescending Service Advisor My service advisor was a bit condescending and not very courteous after I declined suggested services. I find that to be very rude. Service advisors need to be respectful of a client’s financial circumstances and realize they cannot pressure someone into paying for a service they were not expecting to be needed and might not be able to afford at that moment. When I am ready to take care of that service I will most definitely be having it done elsewhere as a result of this experience. More

Service Department was awesome Guillermo coordinated the service. He kept me informed on what the technicians noted. They replaced the hose for no extra charge. We did have to wait an extra day for certain parts, but the quality of service made it worth the wait! More
