A quick and easy service I showed up at 9:30 for my appointment at Toyota of San Bernardino for Service on my Avalon. I was told that my car would be ready at 12:00 and when I I showed up at 9:30 for my appointment at Toyota of San Bernardino for Service on my Avalon. I was told that my car would be ready at 12:00 and when I return to pick up my car to ask for Dave.i did exactly that , signed the papers verifying the completion of my service and since my service was part of a prepaid plan dove off within minutes.my car was clean, and serviced properly. My transportation to pick up my car was and Uber ride paid for by the dealership. More

Both of these gentlemen provided me with excellent and professional service. They were both helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate their professional attitude and their strive to satisfy my automotive needs. I've had the opportunity to interact with Ivan in the past with my Tundra service needs and the same HONEST, trustworthy, reliable, positive attitude and willingness to going the extra mile to satisfy the customer was present during this service experience...thank you both for the positive experience! If the sales side of the dealership demonstrates these same qualities, San Bernardino Toyota might be where I purchase my next vehicle! Sales you have a lot to live up too! Oh, I must not forget the cashier and the gentleman in the service drive...they were excellent too...the gentlemen in the service drive are the first point of contact and set the tone for each experience so I don't want to forget them (I imagine they may get over looked and don't get the credit they deserve)! Thanks guys! Lastly, the cashier...she was also professional and made the process of getting me to my destination quick and easy...thanks for what you do too! More
Horrible Customer Service Took my vehicle to get serviced and from the beginning it seemed like the guy was in a hurry. He didn’t ask if I had any other questions or concerns pertaining to my vehicle. I explained I had a separate issue with my vehicle and he immediately said “ok but it will be extra charge” I didn’t even fish my sentence either way I dislike bringing my vehicle here and hope my company gives us a better Toyota dealership to do business with, instead of wanting to charge you for even thinking about your car having an issue! More

It has always been great despite a single hit and miss. Today 7/22/2019, I was attended by a diffrent service advisor whom I nominate for good exemplary service delivery. Heather Montero recieved us very well. She communicates very well and very knowledgeable to hospitality as well as customer service care. She was thorough in details and we were left feeling well taken care of. She diaplays joy in her job and lover of people. She also made follow up phone call to update us on progress of our vehicle. She displays leadership skills and I hope management won't miss this. We observed her being very energetic in all that she does. She would be reaching out to numerous customers waiting and would be checking to see if they had been attended to. Wao! She deserves a commendation and recognition on her hard work. We believe such quality people and service are what keep us coming back here leaving all other dealers aside. I am intending to purchase another vehicle for my daughter from this center out of trust due to such care of such employees like Heather. Please let her know we appreciate her care for customers. New car purchase. 3.5 star rating. I purchased a new car and for the most part had a pleasant experience. I was not too happy to be told that I would have to pay for options that I di I purchased a new car and for the most part had a pleasant experience. I was not too happy to be told that I would have to pay for options that I did not want on the car that were already installed. This issue was eventually resolved and I left satisfied with my purchase. I had to go get some water on my own and was only offered some towards the end of the purchase process. I went through the costco new car purchase program which is supposed to be a no haggle situation. I had to haggle some which I wasnt pleased about. Some options were installed on the car that weren't mentioned until they showed up on the price sheet. As mentioned above after some haggling the price was removed. More

I had an appointment at 10:30am and wasn't done until 4:30pm (inspection time 4 1/2 hours and repair time was 1 1/2 hours). They were considerate enough and offered an uber to go get food which was real nice. More
