Later when I picked up my car and my kids lost their tablet, I came in the next day and the staff had found it and returned it to us. Awesome experience. More

Every time I come for a servicing, they keep adding more things that they say are urgent, when most aren't and when some of the items had already been done. I had a rodent protector for the cabin filter put things that they say are urgent, when most aren't and when some of the items had already been done. I had a rodent protector for the cabin filter put on during the previous servicing for $500. At the next servicing, they tell me there are rodent droppings in the cabin filter. When I call them on it, they said after looking more closely that is was just debris - yet they were ready to charge $500 to fix it. After the most recent servicing, I noticed that there was no windshield fluid. I went back the next day and they said that they need to take apart the side panel on the car to find the leak - for several hundred dollars. When I asked why it wasn't caught during the servicing, they said that it wasn't a regular servicing. I reminded them that is was - plus other things were done. No comment and no apology. Also, their prices have doubled and some tripled since they were bought out by a new owner. More
