I asked about what appeared to be rodent activity under the hood of my Highlander, it was confirmed that rodents had been there but no nests or damage were found. Brian also told me about an inexpensive w the hood of my Highlander, it was confirmed that rodents had been there but no nests or damage were found. Brian also told me about an inexpensive way to keep the rodents away - very appreciated. The only thing I didn't get to see was the video of the tech working on the car, which Brian indicated would come sometime shortly after I left the car. No big deal, but it would have been interesting to watch. More
