I had a terrible experience with the service department. I had an appointment to replace a cracked windshield with an original windshield. I received at least two emails and two texts to remind me about the I had an appointment to replace a cracked windshield with an original windshield. I received at least two emails and two texts to remind me about the appointment. However, when I showed up for the appointment, they told me they didn't have the replacement windshield. They said it would take at least 3-4 hours for the after-market part to arrive and another 3-4 hours to install and calibrate it. This was after I drove over one hour to get to Santa Fe for my appointment. This was very disappointing, to say the least. I decided to cancel the replacement work after all since I couldn't trust that everything would go smoothly the next time. More

Terrible service! Used to be really good, but no longer: had an appt. to buy tires on sale with installation and oil change, but they were out of tires on that day (1/ Used to be really good, but no longer: had an appt. to buy tires on sale with installation and oil change, but they were out of tires on that day (1/2 way through the sale); got a 2nd appt.; called the day before to get full price of service so I'd have enough cash (dealer charges 3% extra fee for credit card use); first told they didn't have me on schedule for the next day, then gave me an appt, when I balked; had to talk to 3 different service reps to get full price quote and calculate the sales tax myself (none of them could calculate it for me); at my appt. found out they gave me wrong total because they didn't include labor; has to scrounge for more cash; they used to vacuum the floor mats & interior after service work, but no more; they used to give a car wash discount coupon, but no more; used to put new sticker on windshield to show when next oil change was due, but no more.... More
