I was unable to shift from 'park' to reverse and I had 'VSC off' and 'ABS' show up on the dash. I looked in the manual to find out what this meant and what to do. Not very useful if I could not get the car out of 'park', I called Toyota of Santa Fe, and was able to leave a message with Carl. He called back within several minutes and told me how to over-ride the problem, which usually can be solved by pressing hard on the break pedal. I was later able to make an appointment to have the car in and fixed. This was accomplished quickly and the defective break switch was replaced. More
The service technician, Mr. Flavio Gonzales, detected a very tiny leak around the transmission seal. I was taken into the Service Bay by my Advisor (I don't remember his name, unfortunately), to see this very tiny leak around the transmission seal. I was taken into the Service Bay by my Advisor (I don't remember his name, unfortunately), to see this in person. Both he and Mr. Gonzales explained the situation to me. A part was ordered and I will return on 1/10 to have this repaired. This was outstanding service from the organization!! I totally appreciated the transparency and the care with which I was treated. Brian Brannan has been friendly and very careful about sanitization during both of my recent trips to the dealership for service. During my first trip, I noticed that the person who brought the car to th sanitization during both of my recent trips to the dealership for service. During my first trip, I noticed that the person who brought the car to the front did in fact use a disposable seat cover and floor mat. My wife said she noticed that someone used a steering wheel cover to protect a car they were moving to the front. So far, it looks like they're taking necessary precautions and doing flawless service work. More
