Poor negotiation skills While shopping around for a Tundra I stopped in at Toyota of Scranton. I was trading in a used SUV, was offered $8,000 less on trade in than a compet While shopping around for a Tundra I stopped in at Toyota of Scranton. I was trading in a used SUV, was offered $8,000 less on trade in than a competitor with the same truck being $2,000 more on sticker totaling a $10,000 higher difference. When approached with payments (and sticker shock) salesman went to manager, like they all do. Manager looked me square in the face and loudly said, "It's a big girl truck. What do you expect?" I'm not sure what I expected, but that certainly wasn't it. I took my keys, my cash and hit the road. I do love it when's someone helps me make a clear decision, for that I'll give 3 stars. More
