Not great this time I'm sorry, this visit and the time leading up to this visit did not include excellent service. After my last maintenance in April I made an appointme I'm sorry, this visit and the time leading up to this visit did not include excellent service. After my last maintenance in April I made an appointment for my next service appointment the second Saturday in November. On August 29, September 19 and 22 I received e-mails that it was time for service or I was overdue for service. I don't understand why your system is not aware that I already have an appointment scheduled. In addition, my inspection was due at the end of October, so I would have thought that a maintenance appointment would not be made after the inspection was due. I may have not had the inspection done at your service center last time but I would think you would track it as all other maintenance has been done there. Once there my was was encouraged to purchase four new tires even through the existing tires were about 3/32 above the required minimum for inspection. I think that is a bit too early to be suggesting a set of four new tires. I do have to mention that all other experiences have been fantastic prior to this visit. Thank you for that. Steve More

Getting Cars In Shape Kevin was a nice person to work with. He arranged with me all work needed on both of our cars. One is a Toyota and the other a Honda. Both cars drive nicely. We try to go on scheduled maintenance as we want to get the most mileage out of them as we are on retirement income. When it looks like we may need a new one I expect that we may downsize to one vehicle. Eventually God will decide if we are to continue paying for taxes and auto loans or upgrade us to something a little south of heaven... More

Went the extra mile! Had new tires put on. Did not purchase the tires from the dealer but they put them on without any hesitation or reservation. The job was quick and the Had new tires put on. Didn't expect that extra service and my wheels looked awesome. I would recommend Toyota of Scranton service center in a heartbeat. They were by far, WAY better than the other dealer center I used! Excellent Service!!! I was completely blown away by the level of service I got. Dave really went to bat for me. I was upset that I would be without my car for a few days a I was completely blown away by the level of service I got. Dave really went to bat for me. I was upset that I would be without my car for a few days and he saw to it that I had a loaner. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date on progress of the repair. Just like the sales department of dealership the service department is just as outstanding when it comes to understanding, listening, courtesy and genuine true customer service with a pleasing way of easing your stress and worry. It's a relaxing atmosphere that has all the conveniences of home. This is as I explain only cause I've had my girls with me had times while having to wait for my car etc. And they both being in the health they are were more then comfortable as well as occupied with things they would have been doing just as at home. The staff is very informal and keeps you up to date as well as my most favorite of all is that the staff is very kind and has blown my mind with how they can call and recognize me by first name basis! More
