Poor communications Mechanic who worked on my truck did not contact me to advise he was not applying the safety recall due to my bull bar being on the truck. I was not af Mechanic who worked on my truck did not contact me to advise he was not applying the safety recall due to my bull bar being on the truck. I was not afforded a call to ask my opinion. They made it for me and didn't make it clear as to why. Only after i got home dis i see in the paperwork it was not applied for the reason noted above. A toyota recall was not applied and my truck is vulnerable to malfunction and someone possibly getting hurt. Any other time if there was an issue i got a call to discuss and provide in put. When i spoke to the tech on the phone I asked why he didn't call and he said they’t do that and its a good idea to start that. Really!? More

He also made us fee very comfortable while trying to chose the right vehicle for my Wife ( he did so well the 1st time, we went back for another) After buying new cars from other brands and Dealers- Toyota of Scranton Was a great experience- We are still looking to return to purchase a new vehicle for our other family members, and we are looking forward to it. Let us not forget Jenna Sledzinski in Finance- Excellent explanation of all of our options and payment plans. Between both of these outstanding employees, Toyota of Scranton has earned our business.. Rotate, Balance, Alignment Scranton Toyota had me in on time. At check in I asked that front tires be crisscrossed to rear instead of the normal front to rear, it did not happen Scranton Toyota had me in on time. I marked the tires in front of check in person just to make sure. These were no directional tires so they could be crisscrossed. That’s the only down side to my last visit to Scranton Toyota.
