He always friendly, courteous and keeps me up to date on the progress whike I wait for my car. After its ready he goes thru what was done and if i have any questions. He escorts me yo my car and removes any ticket/tag or anything that needs to be removed after service. Very gentlemanly guy and open my door and closes it for me. Always says if I have any issues yo please call him. But i never do, after all it is a Toyota! More
