Snoring In The Costomer's Waiting Area. The gentleman, Alan Aimer, the Toyota service representative was a super good guy to deal with. Knowledgeable and considerate. Work was performed while I slept in the customer area, I know a snored up a storm... Got interrupted by Alan, with news I was kind-of expecting, rear brakes needed new pads. I approved the extra work then tried not to disturb the other loyal customers from watching THE CHEW or something about food. All work was completed in about 3 hours for tire alignment, brakes, rotate tires, state inspection, I was only awake for one of those hours so I was happy. More

Personally; I thought they could have worked the small pricing gap out of the deal. More
